- Summer 2023 Cancellation Policies: In case of cancellation or changes made up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit paid will be refunded, equivalent to 30% of the total stay In case of cancellation or changes made after this deadline, the paid deposit will be withheld.

In case of cancellation or changes made after this deadline, 50% of the total stay will be charged. In case of no-show, the entire amount of the stay will be charged.

- Quiet Hours: To ensure peace and rest for our guests, we kindly ask:
– Parents to supervise their children’s behavior.
− Those returning after 10:00 PM to be mindful not to disturb those already asleep.
− To use radios, cell phones, and ringtones at a reduced volume. - Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in any indoor areas of the property.
- Pets: Small pets are allowed only after consultation and approval by the management. Allowed pets must not be left unattended in the room. Pet owners must ensure that their pets do not soil the garden and the access road to the house.
